George Strait has announced the dates for the second leg of his two-year farewell tour.

Strait will begin the first of the final dates of "The Cowboy Rides Away" tour January 9th in Bossier City, Louisiana. The outing will take Strait through 26 markets through the middle of 2014. Special guests will include Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Sheryl Crow, Ronnie Dunn, Martina McBride, Lee Ann Womack, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town among others.

At a press conference at Dallas' AT&T Stadium Monday, Strait called the first leg of the tour earlier this year "very fun, but very emotional." The announcement came just hours after "The King OF Country" served as the Dallas Cowboys' honorary captain for the coin toss for Sunday night's football matchup between the Cowboys and the New York Giants.

Members of Strait's fan club will get the chance to purchase tickets ahead of the general public on September 24th. Tickets available to the general public will be released three days later on September 27th.
